Each bunch is approximately 125-150 grams.

Ruby Red Swiss Chard variety is an organic hybrid variety equally suitable for baby leaf, spring mixes and mature greens.

Blanche for a few minutes to reduce bitterness. Pair with caramelized onion and garlic for a savory side dish.
